What we are doing • Setting up a Community Land Trust to develop on-the-ground practical projects. • Lobbying and working with the Welsh Government and local authorities on the new drafts of Planning Policy Wales and the National Development Framework to make sure they include the type of visionary support for regeneration and the renewal that rural Wales needs. • Developing and designing short courses for people wanting to set up social enterprises; and for planning officials to help them adjust to the requirements of a post-Brexit, more sustainable Wales.
