We're very pleased to welcome our latest member, the highly experienced Paul Taylor. He is Director of Homes Presteigne (Affordable Homes Community Land Trust / Cooperative) & Director/Trustee & Chairperson of Cwm Harry Land Trust.
Paul has a wide range of expertise including funding for Community Land Trusts, grass roots community organisations, strategic planning, business management, mentoring and evaluation. He is a Patron of the One Planet Council (Wales) and on the Community Land Advisory Service (Wales) steering group. His key interests are affordable / sustainable housing and sustainable land use / agriculture and horticulture.

We want to inspire people to start projects throughout Wales, especially near public transport networks like the Heart of Wales line.
We believe that rural areas have the potential to supply sustainable food, products, energy and water to urban Wales. This will help to revitalise these areas.
