Who We Are
“To achieve successful development in any country it is essential to have a viable rural economy. Rural development is an essential part of national development and in order to contribute a surplus of food and raw materials for towns and industry the countryside must contain an active human resource.”
“Forest Energy and Economic Development” D.E. Earl OUP 1975”
